Taught by someone who's in the lab, not just the classroom.

Hi, I'm Colin — a practicing EP Clinical Specialist with a passion for 3D electroanatomical mapping (EAM). I earned my Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, and my Certified EP Specialist credential through the International Board of Heart Rhythm Examiners (IBHRE). In the field, I've supported over 500 cardiac ablation procedures and worked alongside 25+ electrophysiologists. On the daily, I run the 3D EAM system, review ECGs, analyze intracardiac signals, and provide clinical support.

Most students trying to break into this field are working from textbooks and job postings that don't explain what the work actually looks like — or how people actually get hired into it. I started coaching because I kept having the same conversation with students and career-switchers who wanted a straight answer from someone who does the job.
